Fran’s Café have a small catering team who assist on each of the catering functions. The team are usually made of life long friends of Fran and Mick, so the working environment on your special day is one of ease, organisation and co-operation, which is very apparent in Fran’s Café catering teams.  When preparing the food for your special day, Fran’s Café staff pulls out all the extra stops for the job.  Each of the staff members are trained in catering and food preparation, which is very evident when you see the final result.
