Ian Dunn is the creator of Granny Dunn's Preserves.  Ian has been making these for four years and named them after his mother.  Fran's Cafe is the only place in New Zealand where these preserves are sold.  Ian organises the  local and national craft fairs where his has a stall selling his delicious preserves.  Ian is very involved with Cambridge St Andrews Church and arranges the Craft fair at the Church several times a year.   

The preserves are on display at the Cafe and used in the food and customers are welcome to help themselves.  Ian will be happy to courier or post any of his products around New Zealand or internationally.  Ian makes a wide variety of jams, chutneys, sauces and pickles.
